媒體產業的競合關係隨著競爭的激烈有增無減。本文介紹《競
合策略:商業運作的真實力量》這本書。此書乃從價值理論的角度,應用賽局理論來分析商業運作當中,創造價值跟爭取價值的競合關係。作者介紹商場上的賽局理論之運用,提出價值網架構,以一些媒體與通訊產業為例,解釋價值網上各個重要角色,並分析如何改變賽局。
英文摘要
The competition and cooperation relationships are intense in media industry. I introduce the book Co-Opetition. The authors of this book use
the game theory to analyze the relationships between competition and cooperation for value creation and value possession in business from the perspective of the value theory. They explain the game theory strategy used in business and propose the value net with examples in media and
telecommunication industries. They elaborate each participant on the net and ways to change the game of business.
